In line with our strategic plan of promoting academic excellence, Phoenicia University has entered into a strategic partnership with The British Council in Lebanon to facilitate and enable the conduction of International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examinations on our PU campus.
Under this agreement, Phoenicia University will be designated as a certified IELTS Registration Centre. In addition, Phoenicia University will be the first university in the Southern region of Lebanon to offer a Computer-based IELTS Examination.
It is worth noting that IELTS is the world’s most popular English language proficiency test for higher education and global migration. It is designed to help individuals work, study, or migrate to English-speaking countries worldwide.
